I just got back from a road trip and was in need of a service. My local dealer couldn't get me in for a week. I called JU on Thursday and spoke with Joey, who was eager to assist me. He told me to come in Saturday 7am and he would get in 1st thing. I showed up at 7am and he did just that. He provided a ride to a local diner so I can grab breakfast. We estimated about 3 hours for work to be completed and he beat the clock by an hour. This has been the best service experience I've had with this dealership and will continue to work with Joey in the future.
